LINDY: BUILDING AND CONTROLLING MOMENTUM AND FLOW/Intermediate-Advanced
For those already familiar with this style of Lindy. Offers a deeper understanding of the principle of using momentum to produce a style that is more efficient and fluid.
GROOVIE MOVES: SLIDES AND SPINS I & II/All levels
Using the Smooth-Style basic, learn interesting variations that will add texture to your dancing.
STYLING AND SYNCOPATIONS/
Intermediate-Advanced
Building on the basics, followers work towards footwork variations that can be used in six- and eight-count patterns. Leaders will learn how to listen to and interpret music and use fancy footwork to advance their style.
ADVANCED LINDY/Advanced
Reserved for experienced Smooth-Style dancers.
CHARLESTON/All levels
Partnered lead-and-follow variations in the style of 1920s and '30s Charleston.

BALBOA WORKSHOPS
BALBOA BASICS I & II/Beginner-Intermediate
Classic Balboa is an eight-count basic characterized by a distinct, shuffling motion and intricate footwork, extremely well-suited to very fast tempos. Bal-Swing is related, but done in an open position with more movement and a full complement of breaks and turns. Basics I will introduce you to the foundations of the dance, and Basics II will add turns, steps and variations. Learn the basics of this dance which first made its appearance in the 1920s and has enjoyed a resurgence in popularity in recent years.
BALBOA PATTERNS I & II/Intermediate
Building on the basics, learn more challenging Balboa patterns.
BAL-SWING TRANSITIONS AND TECHNIQUE I & II/Intermediate
Learn some of the fun and challenging turns, spins and slides that make Balboa so interesting with an emphasis on building skills. The variations are infinite!
SLOW BALBOA/Intermediate
Although most of us think of Balboa as reserved for faster music, experienced dancers enjoy the challenge required to slow their Balboa down. Learn how to add another dimension to the dance you already know.
ADVANCED BAL/Advanced
Reserved for experienced Balboa dancers.
