***Tom and Debra are offering a brand new dance routine to a traditional swing song! This is where you want to be if you and your partner are ready to step up to a new challenge. Offers the opportunity to work on presentation and performance skills with an eye towards public performance. Unlike our other classes, couples will not rotate. We will take 8 weeks to learn and polish the routine. This class is recommended for students who have taken a beginner series and at least one intermediate series with Tom and Debra . This class is taught by Gary and Sue Caley, members of Tom and Debra's Eight Week Wonders; they will be teaching the same tried-and-true material Tom and Debra have been teaching in their classes for years! Sue and Gary have been dancing together for almost nine years. Sue owned her own aerobic dance studio for 18 years, where she and Gary taught aerobic dance, step, and body sculpting classes in addition to training and managing 20 additional instructors. Sue has had her own cable TV show for 15 years. Recently Sue and Gary have been including swing dance sessions on the shows as a fun alternative to structured exercise classes. "We are friendly and non-intimidating. Our goal is to help as many people as possible discover the fun of dancing together ...to live life instead of just watching others live life vicariously through the movies and TV."
