Part of JITTERBUG JAMBOREE, Eight Great Dance Events, and our annual Thanksgiving Day swing dance at the Kennedy Center Millennium Stage! Home grown and refined over thirteen years, Phat Cat Swinger is a 10-piece “little-big band” with a West Coast sound that brings style, class, charisma and an explosive energy to the stage. Combine their ingenious song list with a powerful 5-piece horn section, jumpin' rhythm section and their Canadian Crooner, Curtis Parry, and you've got a recipe for an instant party. Phat Cat made their debut performance with Gottaswing in April and blew the roof off. we are delighted to have them join us again!

Making the night even more special is our darling Jean Veloz, dance star of MGM Studio's swing dance movies of the 1940s. She'll be performing during the band break. WE LOVE JEAN!
