What a swell way to end Thanksgiving Day! Part of the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts Millennium Stage series, Tom and Debra will offer a drop-in beginner lesson 6-6:45pm, our dance team the Eight Week Wonders will perform at 6:45pm, and the JIVE ACES will play great swing music from 7-9pm. And, it's FREE!

The first of our three days with the Jive Aces

Join us for a fabulous night of manic swing dance fun with the UK's top swing band! This wildly popular group has performed at thousands of festivals, theaters and events throughout the UK, Europe and the USA, as well as Japan, Israel and the Caribbean. Renown for their high-energy music and spectacular stage show, you'll be treated to swing and R&B classes made famous by greats such as Louis Prima, Cab Calloway, Bobby Darin, Louis Armstrong, Dean Martin, Big Joe Turner, and Sammy Davis, Jr., among others. This year, the Aces are joined by our darling Jean Veloz, star of MGM movies in the 1940s that featured swing dancers.
